Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Orders
All orders submitted through our website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain countries.
 
Currency
Prices quoted are in Pound Sterling (or in any other currency, on request), all payments are to be made in  Pounds sterling.
(Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing currency)

Online Payments 
Mode of payment is electronic transfer of funds using highly reliable RBS-Worldpay card transaction processing system. When a customer decides to purchase a
product(s), he / she is guided to RBS-Worldpay secure & robust servers. The customer is thus ensured that the information exchange between his / her computer and RBS-Worldpay server is secure, encrypted and foolproof, so much as the latest technology permits.
Misky Wireless
does not process any of the customer's information. The electronic transaction between Worldpay server and the customer's web browser is secured by using standard SSL (128 Bit SSL at the customer's browser), Thawte (2048 bit encryption) and WorldPay unique encryption systems.
After a monetry transaction is complete, we receive a message from
Worldpay, as well as instructions about delivery, customer's name and address etc. Following cards are accepted:
Visa . Mastercard . Eurocard . Visa Debit . Switch . Solo . Delta . JCB
We do not accept orders on phone, as we consider it unsafe mode of payment for our valued customers. Online payment is easy and secure, but if you have difficulty placing an order online, please call us and we would be glad to assist you.     
 
VAT
VAT is included and is charged only on sales to residents of the UK and EU making personal purchases. At present, we do not despatch goods to customers outside EU.
 
Delivery
Prices quoted do not include delivery to the front door of your house or building to addresses within UK. For off mainland UK destinations and Western Europe, a flat (fixed) delivery fee is charged. Deliveries are normally made within 24 hours after an order has been confirmed and the price has been paid, using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Please note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply. Please contact us for details and costs by email.
 
Damage in Transit
All goods are insured by our postal agent against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents.
All damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving delivery.

Guarantee
All items supplied will be sold in accordance to your statutory rights under "The Sale of Goods Act 1979" amended) and "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" unless stated longer, all goods carry a minimum of 12 months' guarantee.
In the unlikely event that a faulty product is despatched, we will replace the faulty part(s) or item free of charge including cost. Part(s) or item(s) will be replaced depending on the fault and in accordance with your statutory rights.
We will also reimburse any postal charges if parts or replacement items are returned with our prior approval and understanding.

Exchange
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange your purchased item(s)  within 14 days of the date of delivery.
It is your responsibilty to return your purchase in good condition, preferably in its original box and packaging supplied.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return. We advise customers to send goods via Royal Mail Recorded Insurance or with a reputable courier where a signature is required upon delivery.
For any exchange after 14 days of the date of delivery, we will charge £5.00 per item to cover administration costs with the exchange.
Before returning any items to us, you will need to conatct our customer support to discuss availability of your preferred item and to settle any additional payment that maybe required. Our customer support will advise you of any returns details.
If your are not totally satisfied and unable to find an alternative item, we will refund any purchase within 14 days of delivery. P&P will not be refunded.
It is our policy to refund all items via the original purchase method of payment within 28 days.
